when i was growing up, i got into the habit of saying "like" a lot. My mother told got sick of hearing it, so she created a like jar, every time i used the word out of context, i owed the jar 25 cents. I hardly ever say the word now.
I'm from Orange County, not The OC people, and yes we say like all the time. However I'm sick and tired of everyone thinking that we're all blonde and dumb as a brick. Many of us are brunette :)

This is a hilarious. This is so true about SoCal. I was eating at a restaurant in Beverly Hills and I swear the two girls behind us used the word "like" three times per 10 seconds. And I'm not over exaggerating. It was seriously annoying. We tired our best to make it know to them to STFU with that word we started to mock them. They where smart and picked up on it.
