Jason is just saying that we all have to face hardships in life because it's inevitable so we should always do our best to overcome them and be strong.. It might be a broken heart or a disease, whichever.. but we just have to face them because they are part of life (details in the fabric that have been sewed by mother nature)

Moral of the story: Shit happens but don't let it bring you down, they are just inescapable details (due to faulty manufacturing) and they are only temporary.. :)
