nice work, I never really had a difficulty issue with other mario games being too easy. Perhaps it was too many powerups like with new super mario bros. But I don't really mind that. I hate when games give you braindead ai or enemies have way too much health, making beating them a chore since you already know how to avoid them and when to hit them perfectly.
