here's an idea: do Link's awakening. you can steal items from the store, the shopkeep kills you, and you are called THIEF thoughout the rest of the game.

There is a market here in the sense that the games can be bought (usually through our own version of ebay, it's impossible to find locally). But the prices are prohibitively high. Imagine paying $25 for Duck Hunt. Games like Castelvania or Contra can easily go over $75. An NES, $200. - That's why I usually hit up ebay and just pay the $50 shipping if I can find a decent "lot" and if the seller ships worldwide...

@KornmanUNstoppable Oh, and to answer about the knock offs, you can still find them around. But they rarely work anymore. Cheap "made in taiwan" kind of stuff. Owning one is kind of like saying I own the Godfather trilogy because I downloaded it.... It's worthless as a collectors item.
