I'm a tad fairer than you, around NC20 or so it comes off like a toasty nude on me without being too dark, i think it looks great for the winter whether (esp since I usually dont go for dark colours that often). And its actually slightly sheerer than the regular Colour Sensational lippies so overall a great buy. Tweet me if you end up getting it :D
