If you come to work in the UK from a third world country that do not have CRB checks they are allowed to bypass the system. Many of them work for the NHS, care homes & nurseries today. When I worked for the NHS, I asked the head of HR in the hospital I worked for. Her reply was "I cant answer that because I dont know". Very worrying, but I guess they are more worried about being reported to the Equalities Commission & being label'd a racist.

There are so many people are suffering because of the CRB enhanced disclosures and soft intelligence based on rumours and allegations this law needs to be changed.. a support group as been set up in the hope that the people can be proactive and get the law changed so many are suffering here is a link to a support group
