@sifujin Not jook lum - it's trad chow gar sbj (london school). Not trained with these guys for a few years but it's great stuff (still do this chi-gung form daily).
good pick-up. you obviously have some martial arts knowledge.
this form is about energy. whereas Tai Chi focuses on circulation, Saam Bo Gin is releasing the built up energy ( or Chi ) obtained from grinding arm.
