when the battle start immiditely use regen and mp barrier , this should contactly heal and reduce his magic attack in half and just run around and hit him with sword in the back , this will do critical and keep healing

The best thing is to raise your life as much as posible. I materia-fused myself a Firaga with LIfe +110% and the fight went smoothly.

"Hokori wa doushita?" can be translated in to various versions. doushita is why, what happened, what is it etc. Hokori is Pride/Honor.

So Sephiroth, Genesis and Angeal sort of had the same thing happened to them. But Shinra, found another way to make stronger SOLDIERS, besides injecting Jenova Cells and Mako into the baby while they are in the womb. They injected Mako into the SOLDIERS that they had. Making them stronger, but some times, they got high levels of Mako, which means Mako poisoning, resulting into possibly death.

Hope this helps, I'm still researching all this stuff. =]

I've actually been wondering...how is Sephiroth special, if Angeal and Genesis were created the same way? I mean, I guess you could say Sephiroth is a purer incarnation of Jenova, since I believe he recieved virtually none of his genes from Hojo and Lucrecia, but...it's still confusing. ^^

As I understand it (which means very little in this case), both Angeal and Genesis had their exposure to Jenova only indirectly, through Gillian, Angeal's mother. Sephiroth, however, was given the Jenova cells directly, while Lucrecia was pregnant with him. I'm guessing that's why he has a stronger bond with Jenova and even resembles her a bit.

Good point Athlynne, esp. about the resemblance part. I noticed it too when Sephiroth tears away that metal facade in the Mt Nibel reactor and finally sees her/it in that glass tank. No if i remeber correctly Genesis got the cells injected inside him wen he was newly born. sephiroth got the cells and mako inside of him while he was in lucrecia. and angeal thourgh his momma ten she got pregnant then angeal was born. so the only unsuccessfuls were genesis

I like how Angeal's altered form is heavily based on the SNES versions of Omega/Ultima/Altima WEAPONS, which is usualy the top half of a warriar, and the bottom half of a quadrapedal monster.

Well of course he knows. Remember, the Turks are there to look over Aerith because she is the last remaining Cetra(since she was a child). Also, unlike DoC the connection to FFVII for CC is deeper. Angeal gained the power to inject(if need be) others and turn them into monsters like Jenova did to the Cetra. Not to mention the whole Reunion theory slightly applies to his altered form. :D

I dont think the Reunion Theory applies to members of SOLDIER as they have the mental/emotional/physical strength to resist becoming pawns of Jenova. Cloud (and the other Seph clones) did not have this strength and thus became pawns being called together for the reunion. N/A to SOLDIERs though...
