Mine goes up to 13, the setting is called Enter the Black Hole.

Why isn't the bowl revolving? Dpes the beater closest to the side of the bowl have the nylon friction button on the bottom?

Hello, the bowl starting rotate when the mix is heavy, anyway I think need adjust the little screw.
