  • i have a white boxer. she's a year old and SHE IS NOT DEAF! perfect dog

  • Hmmm. My white boxer has a hearing problem...selective hearing. He apparently can hear anything indicating food is on the way, but does not hear me screaming his name to go out to pee. Odd.

  • I have an amazing white boxer named Harley, he's almost 4 now. I've had boxers my whole life but he's the first white one. He is no different than any other boxer. He is not deaf in the slightest. I did plenty of research on white boxers when I got him, and all boxers are prone to deafness, white boxers only slightly more.

People should stop complaining about the fact that whites sometimes are bred. It happens, and those amazing dogs deserve amazing homes.

  • Professional breeders only breed perfectly healthy, genetically tested dogs, who don't show signs of hip dysplasia, cancer, or any other disease. Which helps to ensure that their pups won't suffer either. You're not helping, you're part of the problem. And anyone who disagrees is not educated enough, and should consult with a prefessional.

  • If you love boxers like I do, you should want to make sure the breed is getting better, not worse. All this irresponsible breeding is the reason so many boxers die so young, and live painful lives. Leave it to the professional breeders.

  • white boxers are white because of two flashy genes mixing and basically making a REALLY flashy puppy.. the white ones.

White boxers are highly prone (18%) to deafness. White boxers make GREAT pets, but are NOT supposed to be bread. They shouldn't be put to sleep, but they SHOULD be neutered or spayed. If they are bred, and bred and bred, its going to add thousands of deaf dogs to the world.

  • for anyone who cares about boxers...

white boxers are exactly the same as fawn or brindle boxers. every boxer is the same. (none of them have a better personality, certain dogs have different personalities, but that has nothing to do with the color)

  • @2sites These puppies were 4 of 9. They had already sent the flashy pups to live with their owners in other states. We lost our last white boxer to cancer at 7 years old. We chose this breeder because they held the highest breeding standard i've ever seen. We flew from TN to Denver, Co to get our guy.

  • @2sites I currently have to boxer puppies, the one that is mine is white and he is very cute, and my friends that Im taking care of is brindle and is also very cute and they act the same :)

  • This is so CUTE!!!

  • Oh and our white 1 is deaf

  • We have 2 boxers, rescued both of them. 1 is white and she talks and barks all the time. The other is brindle and is pretty quiet for the most part. However is not affraid to speak her mind when need be. lol

  • great vid , ive got a white boxer , he still got his tail, he is great , love him to bits,

  • I've owned a white boxer for about 5 years now, adopted him when he was 1. Except for maybe 2 or 3 occasions in all that time, he doesn't bark, or make a sound! And he's NOT deaf! Does anyone else now why that might be?

  • It may just be his personality. Some dogs are just a lot quieter than others. I'd consider it a blessing. If it concerns you, though, i'd have it checked out by a Vet.

  • @adamtylermiller Funnily enough, he just barked today for the first time in a month. There was a cat sitting on our front porch, taunting him.

  • @ExUSSailor my boxer does the SAME thing... and she's not deaf either. She's 2 now and only speaks if I say "speak". She won't bark at other dogs, the door, animals.. I think it's great! I never have to wake up to barking and howling.

  • @ExUSSailor same as mine. she never barks!

  • @ExUSSailor Boxers don't bark a lot, it's just not the breed to bark often. My boxer does bark when she thinks something is wrong or when I say 'Loud', but that's just because I thaught her that. I didn't teach my previous boxer and so he almost never barked :)

  • @Mndjj Now that my Cain is living with a pair of Bostons, he barks a lot more. Whenever someone knocks at the door, he's better than a doorbell!

  • @ExUSSailor Nice! I like it when a dog is protective over his house and pack members. My boxer girl also barks when someone's at the door! and I'm glad she does!

  • i have a white boxer. her names merry :)

  • for all of you ppl who think that white boxers are albinos you need to get your facts straightend out white boxers come out white because they lack a pigment in there color that the brown boxers are born with .

  • boxers are known for there tail being like they are mine is ? its just what they are known for get over poeple.

  • realy nice dogs

    love white boxers

  • i know y they cut off ther tail it is so they dont chew it of ther self :) l

    love: layla905234

  • its mean to doc a dog wats the point of chopping off there tail

  • what's the point in learning to spell?

The dogs tails were docked before we purachased it. We are not the breeder. If it helps, we will not be cropping its ears.

  • @adamtylermiller boxer tails are also docked for thre heath!!itsthe one thing thats pisses me off u dock a boxers tal so for exaple if ur playing and he wiggles his tail the forse can hurt liaments in the tail might even break smething...its better to dock a tail hen keeping it long

  • have yu seen a boxer without a docked tail. its not right.

they dont feel it so its not hurting them.

  • I think infact that it does hurt them. However their tails are like freaking whips and can cause problems for the dog itself and its owners in later life.

  • nooooooooo

cutting off a dogs tail loes part ov it comunication a dog puts its tail inbetween its leg wen it doesent wnt to fight anuva dog so tht dog backs off but if u dnt havea tail uh o u got a ifght on ur paws

look on my channel go on ma videos i have one dog with out a tail and one witha a tail they always get into fights becouse ov it

(we did not dock her tail)

  • @flair272 ive seen lots of dogs put their tail between their legs and still get attacked

  • oh my! they are so cute!!

  • how old wa he when u made this?

  • 5 or 6 weeks.

  • awesome very cute !!!

  • aww . love them my white boxer died 2 years ago of cancer and still miss him i had a shap too and she missed him and died a year later ... lasted a week b4 i bought another shep but still found it hard to get another boxer as he was so lovable and funny but will do soon , already got the shepherd (10 months old now)_ and she`s a sod so will get her a play mate lol

  • We got our poll from a breeder who normally put the white ones to sleep, luckily she savd her for us, we had nearly ten great years with her..Lost her to heart failure end of december last year.. Beautiful pups

  • we weren't the breeder. i know that they lost one white female who was the runt. not really surprising for a litter that large. we've owned a white boxer for the last 20 years. both died from cancer. spuds, our first white, lived to be 13. tater, our 2nd white boxer died from cancer at 7 last march. we've got vids of him on our site, also. they're a great breed. the white ones seem to have so much more personality than the fawn or brindle boxers.

  • boxers ususally live to only 10. My flashy show bitch died at 9 cancer. which is also common in boxers. You are lucky the one went to such an old age for a boxer at 13

  • The breeders were breeding show boxers. Show boxers are required to be 'flashy'. Whenever you breed two flashy boxers, the chance of solid whites is increased. i've never seen a litter w. this many, but it's certainly possible. There were 10 total puppies in the litter.

  • we actually breeded our white boxer with a one that our friend owns and all the pups came out white..all six...:)
