Yup, we had an 89 toyota truck.. Base model, no frills, rubber seat.. But that little truck just ran and ran and ran!! We owned it from new for well over ten years and never had a SINGLE problem!!! Of coarse that's no surprise. Wish we never sold it, so I just bought a 1500 hunnard dolla 93' yota' truck w/ 22re for m'self!!!!

I had an 1984 toyota xtracab sr5 truck. I first bought it in 1987, and for the next 14 years or so, it brought me nothing but joy. I loved it. In 2001, it was stolen. I got it back, but it was never the same, so I sold it and bought a '96 dodge neon. Boy do I regret that. I miss my old toyota, but I still have pictures of it. Thanks for this classsic commercial. It brought back alot of wonderful memories. Awesome!!!
