@GDelva2003 That was they mostly produced monochrome programmes. This was one of their few shows in full colour, but as for the announcer I don't know.
Is it just me, or is the V of Steel starting to get a whole lot more scarce than before?
Apparently this angelic logo is getting plastered by the all-too-annoying wigga wigga. Now TV Land use the wigga wigga on a majority of the Beverly Hillbillies episodes.
@CooleyCool2009 The V of Steel is starting to resurface again, almost 65% of the variants have been spotted on MeTV (mcydodge919). Mostly, The V of Steel has been showing up on Rawhide and Perry Mason as usual, but other times, it appears on Hogan's Heroes and The Phil Silvers Show.
It may be gone from the Beverly Hillbillies, and but don't call the V of Steel scarce. This logo can't be plastered as easily as the Pinball was.
I saw an episode of "The Beverly Hillbillies" with the V of Doom. That was back in 1988 and soon after it was plastered over with The V of steel and then some had The V of Steel and Wigga Wigga.
that sounds like applejack's voice

This is how I have mine except the "Filmways Presentation" Logo was in black and white and it was a male announcer .

The CBS Television Distribution logo would plaster over the V Of Steel if The Beverly Hillbillies would be shown on DVD.

@catbeast2007 What part of stop it with the fucked up copyright talk don't you understand. This is why you shouldn't be allowed on the internet.
MacBookPro1990 1 year ago
@catbeast2007 Either that, or replace it with what was originally at the end of the show, the CBS Television Production "Camera Shutter Eye" logo.

Hills that is. Satisfaction. Take your shoes off. You all come back all ya hear?
jinglebell61 2 years ago
Actually, it went like this...
Well, now it's time to say goodbye to Jed and all his kin,
And they would like to thank you folks for kindly droppin' in.
You're all invited back next week to this locality,
To have a heapin' helpin' of their hospitality.
Hillbillies, that is Sit a spell. Take your shoes off.
Y'all come back now, y'hear?

Was there one where Ellie Mae said "...PREE-zen-TAY-shun"?

DejaView's airing of "The Beverly Hillbillies" had these logos still intact.
mrceleb2006 3 years ago
Just recently, Diacom ruined the shows& their credits on TV Land with the dumb advertisements.
Fortunately, if you don't mind squenching to the very bottom of your screen, you can see the logos still intact.

The V of Steel gets plastered there as well. EVERY episode now has The Wigga Wigga.
tbone2004 3 years ago
This is not true. Just a few weeks ago, I was watching TBH on WGN, and they showed the "V of Steel".
travis7310 3 years ago
No, I meant on TV Land. Viacom plastered VOS with Wigga on TV Land.
tbone2004 3 years ago
No, I still see VOS sometimes. But, I haven't been watching TV Land lately. I could be wrong!
travis7310 3 years ago
You'd be right. I've seen the VOS on the same episodes, but...
"The Giant V of Steel" is now "The TINY V of Steel".
tbone2004 3 years ago
you should watch The Beverly Hillbillies on WGN. The Logos are much bigger and gave me a chance to record the V of steel
yellowdiva21 3 years ago
I'm not that lucky. I don't get WGN Superstation...
tbone2004 3 years ago
CBS Television Distribution would now even plastered the 1990 Viacom logo.

Has The CBSTVD Logo Plastered The Viacom Logos On The 2nd & 3rd Seasons Of "The Beverly Hillbillies" On DVD?

Basically, the B&W espides have the Wigga-Wigga logo and the color episodes have the V of Steel.
vfreeck 2 years ago
Not all true, V of Steel is still seen on the B&W episodes, just very rarely.
