He says "Caribbean". Obviously, that is not a nation, but a region, so I picked a country. There are other similar occurences to that. Fiji does make a super quick appearance at the end, but I admit it goes by fast. Blame that on the speed of the song, (which I did not produce, that is all WB). The other islands just are not mentioned in the song (again blame WB). Also, there HAS to be other countries missing. I'm no geography expert, so I won't venture to say which.
