your movements actually make me jealous. Fuck iv incoperated some scapula strength building workouts and wrist workouts into my morning routine. hopefully next time you come to Toronto ill be able to join in and learn to do what you do. ahha even if it takes a few years ;)
@portaldo: how do you think up your moves? I've always thought of incorporating most of them into my daily workouts but have found that I always fall short. Either I do not have the strength required, not coordinated or flexible enough to perform them.
I have to ask, have you ever had wrist problems from doing this? I seem to get wrist pain pretty easily just by practicing capoeira a few times a week. I don't know what I'm doing wrong - is there anything specific you should or should not do, maybe the position of your hands, fingers, anything?
Hey man! I just wanted to say, and I am sure you get this a lot, but you have inspired me to get back into static training, and capoeria!!! thank you my friend! good luck with life!

i doubt you'll respond, but i'd like to know what you do for mass as far as your muscles are concerned? You have a brilliant phsique, do you lift or just use body weight exercises?
How long would it take beginner to work up to the more advanced levels like an L sit, V sit, Hand stand push ups, A manna, or a planche. Also i was wondering if you could show us a stretching routine to increase flexibility in one of your next videos :)
Fabulous! your grace and your motion control are wonderful to see! Your practice is extremly inspiring to work on balance and control, in a peaceful manner, respecting body and soul. And your music choice is perfect! Keep showing us your work!
"Bring balance into your strength work..." I thank you for new training ideas and inspiration!
For me it's great to see, that somebody on a high level still makes so obvious progress (its just my personal opinion) and is never too tired to learn and try out new things! Big Respect!
@balipadda Where I am based... I have no idea. Its been a while since I've been all over the place. Citizen of the world, I guess. As for Australia, I would love to come some day, organize something and perhaps we will meet sooner rather than later.
@portaldo I hear ya! I'm hardly in one place for too long - another citizen of the world! Will spread the word and see if maybe a workshop could be organised...
3:05!!! =0 Airbaby to one arm handstand! Nice Ido! Are you working that so you can just press it up without the leg swing bec on the last one in the video it looks like you are close! Favorite Added! I badly want to practice right now but by back is sore from all the one arm QDR, one arm elbow lever, airbaby work, headstand and press handstand work I did yesterday! =)
@NiftyVT Nift-man, I actually can do it without a swing, but through leaning into it. But that wasnt really a goal of mine. I am playing now with some one arm presses and going down to QDR from the one arm.
Ido,I made up my mind.....when I will finish university I am gonna come to Israel for 3 months to train with you, then I will spend 3 months in Rio with Contra Mestre Itapua Beiramar and then 3 more months in Bahia training with Mestre Moraes....... :D
@Fotakou Sounds like a plan, only its been a while since I am not in Israel... Check up on me when you are free of obligations and ready to kick your own ass in training.
