Being born outside the US doesn't disqualify you, failing to be registered as a US citizen 3 months after birth apparently does though. He's certainly a US citizen, he didn't sneak in from Mexico. It is a matter of paperwork & timing. & of course he'll subvert the constitution we haven't followed that hallowed document 100% in years. "Defend the boarders" for instance. Obama is a Marxist/Socialist, that will merely follow/defend the Constitution less than ever in history.

This is America, and we really don't do that... at the moment, I think treason charges with the death sentence would be just fine, (they don't hang ppl anymore even in Texas, they do have ole sparky though) It takes the death sentence to give ppl life imprisonment without parole, so that the appeals are for leniency reduce it to a life sentence! :S
