  • RAMIREZ, TAKE DOWN THAT REAPER WITH YOUR KNIFE

  • is the guy who is the voice behind captain anderson the same guy who voiced julius in saints row series

  • @EmporerAaron yes, his name is Keith David. He also did Spawn in the animated series

  • That kind of a fucked up way to start things off with a default Shepard. If I'm looking into it right, Default Shepard choose humanity in every choice making him a good choice for Cerberus to pick up.

  • The only reason I put Udina on the council is because Bioware stated that if you elect Anderson, they don't listen to him, and if you elect Udina, they don't listen to you or Anderson. The difference is that Bioware said Anderson, if not on the council, will be KICKING REAPER ASS in ME3.

  • Ramirez! Take the Normandy and save the Galaxy!

  • Damn right you cant trust Cerberus! theyre sending their own god darn troops against Shepard in ME3!

  • your femshep is beautiful!

  • Does the default beginning have an alien council or an all-human council?

  • @Madfoot713 as stated. The default is that you let the original council perish. The council stated here is all human but as stated also they don't wish to see you.

  • i'd love to see an admiral anderson of the alliance take up his rifle, or sniper rifle, or shot gun, or pistol, or biotics, or omnitool, or what ever

  • "RAMIREZ! Use this Riot Shield to stop the Reapers and save the galaxy!"

    LOL

  • Keith David! I recognize his voice anytime and anywhere :) This guy rules!

  • After you meet your former squadmate on Horizon and talk to Anderson about it. I cannot believe Anderson went behind Shepard's back.

He was happy to keep the Alliance and the Council off Shepard back but what about "Kaidan/Ashley on Horizon" were the rumors just "too disturbing" for Anderson?

  • Seems like anyone who didn't play thorugh ME1 and make everyone happy/alive, ME3 may end up being a tad more difficult for them :P

  • Letting Udina keep his job, heavy risk, but the priiize...

  • @crazyworld014 the priiize sucks.

  • im pretty excited about getting to team up with the rachni in ME3

  • @bigred7509 In ME1 I saved Kaiden, kept Grunt alive, saved the council and spared the rachni queen, Anderson on Council. I'm replaying ME2 now, going for a Paragon 100%, Renegade 30%, ALL N7 missions completed (have to find a walkthrough to find em all) , ALL Loyalty Missions, Samara chosen, OverLord and FireWalker completed, Legion uploaded virus to fix the Geth, Collector's Base destroyed, Zaeead and Kasumi loyal, No-One Left Behind- I'm REALLY looking forward to ME3. Every possible ally!!!!!

  • I think your choices in ME1 and ME2 will carry over to how strong your army will be (like krogan, geth etc) in ME3..

  • I always get nostalgic when I look over the balcony in this area, watching all of the aliens go by remembering all the good times I had with Mass Effect 1:) always come back here at the end of the game and wander what surprises will be in store with Mass Effect 3

  • a Bureaucratic Nightmare huh?? oh I'm hurt...O_O

  • Nice looking Shepard!

  • Does anyone else whose read Retribution get the vibe that they intended Udina to be picked for the council position? I distinctly remember reading in the book that Anderson was an Admiral and there was something else that seemed to lean towards the idea that he hadn't had much to do with politics.

  • I made an account where Shepard dies in the end of ME2.

ME3- Anderson is back out of retirement!

  • Rofl, "The feeling is mutual, believe me." I love this guy. Of course, I chose Councilor Anderson, because Udina's just too much of a prick... Like, "I know you saved us all, but I still don't like you." Besides, I like Councilor Anderson's dialog with him "Go to your room", lol, like a child.

  • @NeverwinterKnight77 I just want to find the Renegade option to kick Udina in the nuts . . . sadly there isn't one! But I REALLY enjoyed, at the end of ME1, choosing Anderson over him. He whines like a little girl when he gets passed over . . . which probably hurts him more than a swift kick in the cojones.

  • @LincolnMuadib Plus don't forget that when Anderson helps you steal the Normandy you can send him to Udina's office and punch him in the face. Very, very satisfying.

  • damn that's a pretty hot sheppard chick haha.

  • In my game Anderson is on the council

  • I'm Commander Shepard, and this is my favorite token black guy on the Citadel.

  • thumbs up if you think the female shepard voice actor sucks

  • new counsel : Shepard: There was only one ship.

Prophet of Regret: One? Are you sure?

    S:Yes. They called it...sovereign.

Prophet of Mercy: Why was it not destroyed with the rest of their fleet?

S: It fled. But I followed with the

    ship in my command.

Regret: Yet the geth were able to evade your ships, land on the citidel,

and desecrate it with their filthy footsteps!

Prothet of Truth: You were right to focus your intention on the geth.

    But this demon...this 'saren...

  • I feel bad for Shepard: Alliance =Assholes, Council=Assholes, Cerberus=Assholes you just can't win around here...

  • is it better to do this before you get all your squad members or does it matter

  • @aubiesucks12 Nah, it doesn't matter.

  • Lol, Anderson is Sgt Foley in MW2.

  • Captain Anderson : It's Admiral now.

Captain Anderson : *next useless quote*

  • Hey, I heard there is a scene where Legion meets the council, where is it?

  • you know jack, I've been trying to find the same thing for half an hour... can someone link it if they find it?

  • why is it that people shit their pants in mass effect when they here that Samara is a justicar but when Shepard said im a spectre everyone and there mother thinks that they can take him/her on and win its so dumb.

it makes the title almost useless even when its the thing that makes you special among everyone else, spectres are feared and respected for there power and ability but i don't really feel that at all in fact they not really even give you the option to say im a Spectre.

  • @XephronZ

because in theory you are the first one, and people think your full of crap.

  • There are two key differences between Spectres and Justicars. Justicars are inexorably bound to a code that dictates their conduct. For example, if you try to bribe them, the Code of Honour tells them to shoot you. If you bribe a Spectre, they can choose to go merc for whatever reason. Shepard (depending on the player) has done this several times. #2, Spectres are generally well known throughout the galaxy. Justicars are particularly well known amongst the Asari.

  • r u also getting that eye bug where the eyelids are like sparkling with white? only happened on this part. over and over again even on different playhtroughs

  • @jronrcano Happens occasionally with helmets as well, could be a lighting glitch. Though I've never seen a clipping error get triggered by lighting.

  • Your shepard looks just like my shepard! The only difference basically is the eye color!

  • "It's Admiral now..."

As it says "Captain Anderson" in the subtitles...

  • Ha ha, yeah.

  • what and where do you go after you talk to captain anderson?plz help.

  • i'm glad that i kept Anderson a Council member Udina is an ass

  • @KoraggRules i could not choose ;l now i have udina counciller

  • fantastic! I wanted to see each variance of the council but was too lazy to play it out. Thanks!

  • Your Shepard's pretty hot.

  • Is this the Paragon let the council die option?

Because when i imported a Renegade file(All-Human Council) and picked Anderson for the council it turned out exactly the same as the Paragon(Human chairman) option. :( :S

  • The council didnt play a big role, nor anderson. But I think it will pay off in ME3, otherwise why would they make you make those decisions in the first place.

  • I can see what your saying but I don't think they will have much of an impact in Mass Effect 3 either. They want to make a game that appeals to everyone so, whilst I think your choices regarding the council will be taken into account in Mass Effect 3, it won't be huge choices or experiences because not everyone has games 1 and 2 and people will feel cheated out of content. Thats basically what they did with 2, it's not good business if your looking at it from their point of view

  • but thats stupid to begin with you dont watch part of the god father or star wars and expect one good story you expect it to fucking accumulate build tension and all the payoffs at the end if they were going to make each game dependent on their own they should have different heroes and titles

  • for example u dont buy Halo 3 for story but never play halo 1 or 2

  • @krypton321 Hi, well. people who haven't played ME1 and only ME2 will probably buy the first game and play it and the import the save...

plus I think that the Ascension will do some damage in ME 3...

    or else

  • @krypton321 apparently from the rumors that ive heard/read the council members will sway their own races towards the cause. maybe its like an unofficial loyalty mission, maybe it'll make their races fight harder or something

  • @KHII I heard that Anderson is a temporary squad mamber at the begining of the game, so he might die in the game or he will leading the defence of earth while you playing the game.
