I think this looks more like a fanproduct than actual megaman game.

Personally I think Capcom should scrap the 8bit style and use PSX alike graphics or even better, come up with new and more modern console suitable 2D style for it.

Original Megamen 1-6 were cool but now they are just cashing with it.

Besides I could easily make a 8bit megaman game just by me self in 6 months "Musics outcluded, not much talent in that side."

You're entitled to your opinion, but I personally love this style. The 8 bit megamans were by far the best in the series (graphics didn't make the games better) and it's nice to be able to relive the "good ol' days."

That said, I wouldn't mind a new megaman X in PSX style though.

Also, if you can make a good 8bit mega man, then do it. Until you do saying comments like that just sound like a douche talking out your ass.

Would be happy to be proven wrong, I'm just saying.

I did one Megaman fangame ages ago but I don't have it anywhere anymore unfortunately "Old links for it are brocken and the comps that used to have it's copy... Well, they're at the junkyard already" and I also made bosses for the second one but because of the lack of motivation I never got it done. Now I'm focusing on different projects.

They're only doing the 8-bit graphics again because most people didn't like Megaman 7, 8, X5, X6, X7 and X8. In other words, so people don't bitch like the Sonic fanbase.

I love the ending of the theme, but not the beginning. It starts out too generic, but becomes like something you'd hear at a stadium.

Mega Man 3 = Rush, Proto Man, slide

Mega Man 4 = Charge Shot

Mega Man 5 = Beat

Mega Man 6 = Rush powerups

Mega Man 8 = Voice Acting, FMV, 32-bit graphics

MM10's main theme is great, along with the fantastic trailer music....As for Strike Man's level shown here....well. it starts of strong, then turns to mediocre like you said. But ya i agree this song isn't up to MM9 standards. I'm not too crazy about playing a sports themed level either, but it's definitly unique ;p I have a feeling Strike Man's stage will be the weakest RB master tune of the 8...hopefully.lol

It's probably down to the fact that there are no pitfalls or spikes in sight.

However, there do seem to be some tricky jumps, like the basketball hoop bit and the one just before the 2nd midboss, which looks really hard by the way (he got lucky with those hands).

Another thing to note is that there is a whole section after the 2nd midboss we haven't seen yet, so perhaps that's where the really tough stuff is... :)

Judging from the layout of the stage, this might be a green robot master. Hopefully we'll have two in this game cuz it's my favorite color, lol. MM5 was the only one with 2 green RMs....and Crystal Man was more blue-green anyway.
