How big was the spiderling, and what happened to it after you stopped filming? I really felt sorry for it seeing it dragging its leg.

hello.

the body length seemed less than a centimetre.

my measuring tape was lost in the deep snow on that day.... :(

i found it sitting still on the virgin snow.

it began to move after the body was heated by my warm breaths.

but it halted again after a few minutes.

after filming, i left it to nature.

(i cannot find enough preys for the captive spider in winter.)

if it can survivie this winter, the broken leg will regenerate after moultings.
