  • dont copy these turds, even if you are using anabolic steroids your body is not going to assimilate all that stuff so most ends up in the toilet , all your doing is wasting money and stuffing yourself inefficiently ,if you want to build muscle mass learn about nutrition first , your metabolism , etc .

  • @MrDagtoohigh yes its protein. its actually a weight gainer which consist of 50g of protein & 1250 calories, this is only 4 skinny people trying 2 gain weight, if thats not your goal then this product is not 4 you.

  • So is this shake a supplement for your meals throughout the day or do you still eat as you should aside from drinking the shake? Im only asking because you would be taking in a whole lot of calories if this was an add on to your regular meals.

  • theres a health smoothie shop around my way that sells a beverage called the hulk which is basically the same ingredients.....to sum it all up for the dumb asses this is a great shake to GAIN WEIGHT...ie more cals than youll burn, now if they sit on their asses all day and drink these yes you can become obese as long as they exercise theyll gain good weight and muscle...good work guys ima make one of these myself

  • @STEVEPONGPAT Funny part is, the directions for this mass gainer says to take a serving pre and post workout and between meals. 1 serving meaning 2 scoops! That's consuming a way larger amount than this. What I have done however, is split the shake such as 1 scoop around 11 a.m. and 1 scoop after workout which is usually 5 p.m. I add peanut butter, honey and oats. Breakfast is the most important part of the day, I eat oatmeal, a scoop of amplified GNC protein, and eggs/whites.

    Dude I calculated the amount of Calories you consumed in your shake. Its only 2500 not 3500! You need TWO scoops in order to make the Mass gainer 1250. There are not 1250 calories in each scoop. That shake is 1000 calories less than you think.

  • @MrAmericanboss Well I began bodybuilding 10 months ago. I was a little bitty guy weighing 130 so I have made some definite gains. I weigh 165 now. Check out the video of me flexing you can tell I'm making progress.

  • @TheInvationCo Since your so young, you can eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with whole wheat bread. Eats greens (broccoli, asparagus, etc.) and healthy! Ultimately, a diet is important. Oatmeal in the morning. Just make sure you eat every 2 hours.

    protein powder isnt the only protein source when i was referring to the big mac comment i meant cal in vs cal out. the more cal u eat regardless of food good or bad the fatter you'll get. protein powder are just meal replacement in case u dont hit ur target macros for the day. dont believe the body building supplement that u cant gain muscle without protein powder they are just trying to make u spend 50-60 bucks or however. it's cal in vs cal out plus target macros.

  • @SilentDeath100 Yea, this product works great for gaining weight. Drinking it normally would get you 1250 calories and that's still consisting of two heaping scoops. You can start out with one scoop and slowly make your way to two and eventually you could add healthy foods such as almonds (to add more "healthy" calories). That is exactly what I did and now I'm drinking this every evening after workout. If you were to buy this product, try shopping around for cheaper prices such as eBay.
