I used to be able to do that, without that stance. I mean, with a normal service stance. It really catches the opponent off guard the first time. But any more than that, your opponent will be sure to run to the side of the table and smack a winner.

There are many different balls, the newer ones are very thin and don't sound like that, but the older ones sound like their quite heavy.

It's illegal because he drops the ball onto the paddle. He has to hold the ball in a open ball and then throw it up six inches. I think that he could do it legal it he practiced a few times.

There is one bounce on my side and one on my opponent's side like an usual serve but then it bounce back on my side, in ping pong like in tennis too you need to touch the ball to win the point.

I think you have to throw the ball up a bit higher than that, its about 16 cm or something? Also you have to have a flat palm to throw it up not using your fingers. Apart from that good.

Actually, it would be illegal. There is a rule that says that a legal serve must hit the other player's side of the table and leave the table on the side furthest from you (that is, it can't go off the sides). That is to keep players from serving shots that leave the table very close to the net making them un-returnable unless the other player is extremely quick and has super long arms. Since this serve doesn't leave to table on the other player's side at all I think it would be illegal.
