Pretty sure there shouldnt be the flappy bit near the neck of the racquet. I generally start on the thicker side, so that at the end, the stickie completely covers the thinner side. It looks more professional and wont be as annoying when playing tennis, as u wont constantly get the flap sliding past ur fingers.
@CubbyRawr not always, if you want to make your handle thicker, then put as many as you want but if youre like me, and you like haveing only 2 grips on, the factory grip and the overgrip, then take the grip off the handle and put a new one on. just make sure you dont take the factory grip off
Dang you should replace your original grip with leather grip so you can get more bevel feel and then add an overgrip so you get the benefits of having a thin leather grip and the tacky from an overgrip
Just wrapped my tourna grip watching this one. Helpful vid.
Would recommend cutting out a triangular portion towards the end of the grip to avoid the flappy bit hanging out at the neck.
