  • Whats wrong with the kid? 5:03 hahaha

  • I proud of her but at the same time Im worried for her. If I had all of my trigger foods in my home I would have to choice in the matter.

  • 'Naturally thin' people's body use food in a way that regulates their weight and they don't get fat. Same food. Same exercise. But you stay thin or get thin if you started off with excesss weight.

For more information watch The Secrets Of Weight Loss on my channel.

  • Oh my goodness - let the woman have some strawberries!!!!!! She could be distracted by much worse, geez.

  • I agree with your comment slighty. I do believe that since she was able to have trigger food in her home while she was being guided was great to build her confidence that she can avoid those foods. I believe that it helped to know that someone was watching over her. This will allow her in the future to know that she can avoid a binge after having evidence that it has happened. This video is extremely encouraging and helpful!

  • omg my heart goes out to the women and her lovely son, I hope she manages to over come her disorder so that she and her son can enjoy their relationship, so much love is coming from her boy, he so so loves his mum.

  • The therapist is right...my mom gave up smoking after 48 years and ALWAYS kept a package of cigarettes in a case nearby. She said it helped her..not tempted her.

She was smoke free the rest of her entire life and passed away recently due to old age.

  • its not so easy to recover from a binge eating disorder, but it seems like she recovers in 2 weeks! al thanks by that weird therapist..

  • HAHHAHAHAH house full of secrets HHHAHHAHAHA

  • I agree with the shopping stick to the list thing....but I don't keep food in my house either it's the same way. It doesn't even matter if it's "binge" food. But there's no way you'd ever find junk food in my house...not even bread or any carbs. I either eat it all...or it's in the garbage.

I want to punch that therapist in the face, now that I think about it a little more.

  • 4:21 she is perfect! she may take care of her as her son is picking some of her habits.!!

  • Great advice!

  • not "Dinutta" (look at short description above) - Danuta, it is polish name.

  • the therapist made a mistake with trigger foods, it was much too soon. Also, even if one has to stay away from bad foods to stay abstinent, its still a legit recovery. Wheres the rest of this video?

  • this doctor lady is wacko.... I don't see this lady has a problem at all. There's nothing wrong with just have a small amount in the house.

  • thank you ambygirl1008! Although i gained some valuable insight into my behaviour i.e. it's not the food i'm actually hungry for, but an emotional tool, i still binge whenever im low, and will probably never feel safe around trigger foods.

I did feel i was left high and dry after the programme, no follow up or after care.

I feel an alternative therapy with a more gentle approach would have suited me better!!

  • The therapist is dead wrong about putting a trigger food in her house for a week. That is like crack to an addict. That may never turn into a "safe" food, she may always need to stay away from trigger foods. She may not binge during the taping of this episode, but it just 1 meal away from a binge and that can happen at any time.

  • @ambygirl1008 I totally agree!

  • @ambygirl1008 Agreed! That therapist is a moron!

If it were an alcoholic who didn't keep any booze in the house, it wouldn't be a problem, but someone with BED having to keep junk food out of the house is unhealthy? How does that make sense?

  • @ambygirl1008 i think the point of introducing trigger food is that bascially EVERY FOOD is trigger food. she needs to eat! thus, she needs to reintroduce herself to various foods so she can eat it without learning to binge on it

  • @punkofmudd I remember when I would have any type of food...that'll set off a chain reaction from fruit to cookies to me in the drive through buying fast food. I would get mad if I thought I ate too much of anything no matter how healthy then go on a "I already messed by diet up, minds well go to Taco Bell...alot of fit people like myself do it all the time. Its crazy
