We've got to remember that Pep had an amazing arsenal of players even before he arrived: all Xavi, Iniesta, Messi, Puyol, Valdes played already. Once these stars stop playing it's going to be a real test for Pep. I think he's an amazing tactician but not very good at rating and finding players. Ferguson has built the whole modern Man Utd by himself! Pep had his material ready for him.
