I can't beat heishin 2nd I think imma be stuck on him for a while. I could beat him if I got some trap cards... Does anyone know how to get good magic and trap cards.
Strange. after beating him 10 times I already had 3 skull knights. i never beat him by s-tech though. i wonder if he can give any usefull spell or trap cards.
I've have this game since I was about... 6? I could only get up to Bakura in the tournament. xD But started the game over again, and replayed it through. It only took about 2-3 months. :l I'm 16, by the way. I got extremely lucky with getting cards. I got my 1st Blue Eyes on my 3rd win against Seto. o.o And I got MBD on about my 30th duel against er... who was it you have to beat? I can't remember. But I love this game so much. (:
to beat seto third and his annoying ultimate dragon just have a skull knight with three equip cards such as sword of dark destruction, dark energy and black pendant. his power wil raise to 4150 but with te guardian star advantage it will get a boost to 4650 so blue eyes ultimate dragon is history! skull knight is easier to obtain than meteor black dragon.
@DaniTheMan100 lol. no it isnt! ive dueled low meadow mage around 500+ times in that time, ive got 6 Meteor B. Dragons and 4 metoer dragons to make more Meteor B. Dragons and ive only gotten 2 Skull Knights so far.
There are rumors that you can get B. Skull Dragon and Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth without cheating...anybody know if there is a shred of validity in those rumors? lol

@ghostmarine216 well technically, you could use an emulator and cheat engine to have max starchips, I have done that before but i'd rather beat the game on ps1 now, so im off to a good start, im up to the 3rd seto though and he's the hardest in the game from what i hear

@FollowerOfTheGods yeah same thing for me, whenever i duel him he pulls out the blue eyes ultimate dragon first turn, but whats worse is he always has all 3 of them in his hand when i duel him. If i take one out with raigeki he just puts another one out.
@BeautyPrettySociety just farm Medow Mage for a few weeks and u got all the Monster Card that u will need for the end then Farm Pegasus for a week and u will get enough Spells/traps for the end and hey presto
equip cards can be gained when you win a duel with tec-s and thats when you play deffensively..if you can make your opponent run out of cards you get an instant tec-s. try that on pegasus.he gave me megamorph and bright castle

It takes years to get all the cards you need to actually be able to get through the last couple of duels in the game. It was unfair ever since that they had cards that we can only get by rituals, with ridiculous high stats. -.-'
Out of curiosity, does anyone know how to get every duelist in free duel? I've played this game many times and just can't find a way to have every possible duelist in free duel. I started replaying it (again) and I got to the same part I always get stuck at, I can't face Seto 2nd. Is it possible to leave one high mage undefeated, then go to Seto 2nd and possibly come back to the high mage?? I've never tried this before, but this is where I always get stuck.
@Tomba1997 a ps1 emulator acts like a ps1 on your pc and its the only way to use the rom file. if you google psx emulator you can find it and to find the game go to rom-gods.net and u should be able to find it
i used boosting magic and the ttwin headed dragon by fusion to finish this bastard. it took me so many tries to beat all the fuckers in a row because you need to be pretty lucky so they dont get their best cards on the first turn and you only get shit

MBD u can get from low meadow mage after many many games, and red eyes from jono 2nd, or u can be like me..and just duplicate cards "rare ones" like Megamorph and blue eyes using your PS3 memorie cars:P
nostalgic...lol...that twin headed thunder dragon + 4 equips was my way to defeating his Ultimate Blue eyes...it was fun...even with the complete lack of rules...
@Pierules32 it is a boost, u select one of the two choices they give to u, there are a variety of "guardian stars" (mars, moon, etc.) each has a weakness and a strength bonus against others of 500 points in atk and def, hope this helps

Me and my friend used to love this game. I remember we would do that infinite star chip gameshark thing and look on google images for the numbers on cards. (if you don't know what I mean you could look on real cards and enter the number on them and by them with in game chips)

You can easily beat Seto third by increasing you monsters's attack points with megamorph.I got 3 of them fightin' agains Pegasus and since then I nevermore lose to Seto, but I nerver caught a Blue Eyes too, it's sad D:
if you want good cards like meteor black dragon face jono 2nd i got 3 red eyes and 3 meteor black dragons from him in under 150 wins and no meteor black dragon from low meadow mage just dark magician so duel those 2 a lot
but hard as fuck, just 2mages i must defeat ;) and i dont have the cards that you have ;p i just fuse and people he doesnt use gamesharks at all hes right you must play against low meadow mage
pegasus, heishin, and seto s-tec them and you can get really good cards ;D
For fuck sake,( sorry for that) everyone who thinks that this is action replay ( even though its a ps1 game) or gameshark, whatever, is a complete asshole. To everyone who ask how do I get good cards, the answer is:
-Fight low meadow mage.
-Fight Pegasus.
-Fight Heishin 2nd.
-Fight Seto 3rd.
And more, but PLEASE, no more comments about gameshark and action replay. It's really bad when you fight for your cards, and people say that you cheated.
@re4krauser4ever Yeah, you can tell if someone has used a gameshark or not. I cant tell you didn't. These cards are easily won by a number of people, like the ones you listed.

@re4krauser4ever There PS1 action replay, I happen to have one and used it on this game. Sadly if I try the have all cards code the game takes about 5 minutes to load up because I am asking the RAM of a PS1 game to do so much.
@LoVeViruSs actually, just go to free duel. You can get good cards from anybody. And I always make twin headed thunder dragon by mixing a weak dragon, and 2 weak thunders.

Over 600 duels I've come across, the best cards I could obtain were Red Eyes, Skull Knight and Meteor Black Dragon. And I'm still stuck with Seto 3rd. Kudos to you passing it, though.

i used boosting magic and the ttwin headed dragon by fusion to finish this bastard. it took me so many tries to beat all the fuckers in a row because you need to be pretty lucky so they dont get their best cards on the first turn and you only get shit

MBD u can get from low meadow mage after many many games, and red eyes from jono 2nd, or u can be like me..and just duplicate cards "rare ones" like Megamorph and blue eyes using your PS3 memorie cars:P

When it says 'select a guardian star' what does that mean?

@Pierules32 it is a boost, u select one of the two choices they give to u, there are a variety of "guardian stars" (mars, moon, etc.) each has a weakness and a strength bonus against others of 500 points in atk and def, hope this helps

Me and my friend used to love this game. I remember we would do that infinite star chip gameshark thing and look on google images for the numbers on cards. (if you don't know what I mean you could look on real cards and enter the number on them and by them with in game chips)
Got to the last guy, still haven't beaten him after all these years. Bitch pulls out like 3 blue eyes ultimate dragons and gate guardians. wtf

You can easily beat Seto third by increasing you monsters's attack points with megamorph.I got 3 of them fightin' agains Pegasus and since then I nevermore lose to Seto, but I nerver caught a Blue Eyes too, it's sad D:

if you want good cards like meteor black dragon face jono 2nd i got 3 red eyes and 3 meteor black dragons from him in under 150 wins and no meteor black dragon from low meadow mage just dark magician so duel those 2 a lot

This game is still fun to play
but hard as fuck, just 2mages i must defeat ;) and i dont have the cards that you have ;p i just fuse and people he doesnt use gamesharks at all hes right you must play against low meadow mage
pegasus, heishin, and seto s-tec them and you can get really good cards ;D

For fuck sake,( sorry for that) everyone who thinks that this is action replay ( even though its a ps1 game) or gameshark, whatever, is a complete asshole. To everyone who ask how do I get good cards, the answer is:
-Fight low meadow mage.
-Fight Pegasus.
-Fight Heishin 2nd.
-Fight Seto 3rd.
And more, but PLEASE, no more comments about gameshark and action replay. It's really bad when you fight for your cards, and people say that you cheated.

@re4krauser4ever There PS1 action replay, I happen to have one and used it on this game. Sadly if I try the have all cards code the game takes about 5 minutes to load up because I am asking the RAM of a PS1 game to do so much.

@LoVeViruSs actually, just go to free duel. You can get good cards from anybody. And I always make twin headed thunder dragon by mixing a weak dragon, and 2 weak thunders.

I've lost my copy so I am not sure if that's the Ultimate Dragon Ritual, or the actual card so you're going to have to find out yourself.

man i remember i had a really bad deck and i sucked at the game then like all of a sudden outta nowhere i started kickin everybodys but n im like ffs how did i get this far and for like an hour n a half im woopin everybody n by the time i get to kaiba like the 2nd or 3rd times (cant remember which lol) i lose im like FFS i get this far and i lost.....i had sch a bad deck to lol that was when i was like 12 though to bad i dont have this anymore or id stick it in my ol ps1 n play it lol

Over 600 duels I've come across, the best cards I could obtain were Red Eyes, Skull Knight and Meteor Black Dragon. And I'm still stuck with Seto 3rd. Kudos to you passing it, though.
