look in a court you need evidence to convict someone, if i was going to prison based on the evidence of an anonymous Israeli witness (as mentioned in the report) i would question that, especially, because the witness is defiantly going to be biased against a Palestinian organisation connected to Hamas.

Even if that charity did help terrorist groups, closing it would have good and bad effect. Good - less money to terrorists. Bad - even more people hate USA, even more people become sympathetic with Palestinian plight - as a result, an increase in terrorist activity in long term.

Calling Israel a terrorist state is ridiculous. There are many Palestinian Muslims in the Israeli Knesset, and before the Palestinians elected Hamas as their government, both Gaza and the W Bank were almost entirely supported by Israel.
If someone starts from the position that Hamas isn't a terrorist group then nothing can really take place as far as dialogue is concerned.
