None. You dont need to look far to find ways and people who can make financial profit from it. Not everything is a conspiracy of powerful organizations or foreign governments. Albania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Italy and Spain had fires this summer, it's just that in Greece a few small fires (some proved accidents) were allowed to grow and arsonists could take advantage of the situation easily.
