With all of the illegal invaders crossing into this country, you would think the Border Patrol would have better things to do, instead of worrying about how a few tourists might spend money in some joint without an "occupancy permit". What idiocy!
It looks like there may be problems on both sides however when a Law Enforcement Officer gives you and order you are required by law to follow that order and not argue with the Officer. There are no buts about it. The Officer in charge did try to give a large amt of time for the people to understand and yet they did not follow his lawful orders, at that time.
All I see is a man-alone-doing what he is ordered to do. Doing his job. That same man is surrounded by a bunch of cowards who refuse to assist, and not only do they refuse to assist that man who is alone and doing his job, they take part in the chaos like a bunch of teenage thugs. I haven't seen so many cowards all in one place at one time in my entire life. "Get off your knees". Good one coward. Good job officer and thanks for doing your job, even in the face of that pack of cowards.
There is a reason for building codes, especially for public places. If anyonew were to get hurt in that place, who would be blamed? The same officials who are now being blamed for doing their jobs.
ALL the correct forms were in FACT obtained by Mike( 6 Gun) the Mayor has made all the origonal permits dissapear. Yes, I am more than aware that no one is bothering to tell people the truth- but there it is... Prove otherwise- ANYONE. Please!
What a waste of 7 minutes.... a bunch of inbreds to stupid to listen to the cops. Then the icing on the cake is all the "big talk" and reopening the gate AFTER the cops left. Epic Fail....
Obviously someone who does NOT live in Tombstone. This is an on going issue with not only the 2 business', but the Mayor & Marshall as well. 6 Gun DID in fact have a permit. When the seat changed hands & a new Mayor came in, all the sudden NO ONE @ City hall or Anywhere else ( EXCEPT MIKE, Who owns 6Gun) could find the permit. the mayor of this town wants NO ONE to have a business that is in any way ,shape, or form in compitition with his. You know NOTHING about what happens HERE!

also as for making us look bad, Tombstone the town to Dumb to die, this town already looks bad we have a drug problem from hell, and horriable corruption with most of our current and former elected officals being sued for over 2 millions dollars in federal court and there is still more to come.
