I too have the game for both PS3 and 360, and I personally always thought the game was better on PS3. I run into connection issues on 360 all the time, including during the down time of PSN recently. I had one game where there were 7 host migrations in a row with no gameplay in between on 360. Usually this would mean that the host had left the game, but in this case nobody left the game. finally it made me host, but there was still lag even though my connection is lightning fast.

Most problems with the PSN come from out of date routes or incompatitble ones. Learn to update firmware ppl honestly. Early PSN , you had to disable UPNP in the router, that was corrected. Then you had issues with sonys DNLA's, they corrected those. Its definantly gotten better over the years. I hope recent event leads to infrastructure change on the PSN.
Usually there's around 9,000 people in a Search and Destroy Playlist on MW2 on PS3. If there is a huge decrease in players in that playlist, I'm switching to Xbox.

I too have the game for both PS3 and 360, and I personally always thought the game was better on PS3. I run into connection issues on 360 all the time, including during the down time of PSN recently. I had one game where there were 7 host migrations in a row with no gameplay in between on 360. Usually this would mean that the host had left the game, but in this case nobody left the game. finally it made me host, but there was still lag even though my connection is lightning fast.

Most problems with the PSN come from out of date routes or incompatitble ones. Learn to update firmware ppl honestly. Early PSN , you had to disable UPNP in the router, that was corrected. Then you had issues with sonys DNLA's, they corrected those. Its definantly gotten better over the years. I hope recent event leads to infrastructure change on the PSN.

I played both versions xbox and ps3 and you cant even see a difference. Maybe the xbox version is a little better cuz if there servers but psn is free!! Graphics are the same damn thing. You would prob have to get a magnifying glass to see the difference if there are any.

If any game maker ever pulled the plug on ps3, people will not stop using ps3, they'll stop buying games from that maker. It's cheaper for the player, path of least resistance for most. I have black ops on 360 but can't play it there because controller sucks I hate it. Only got it there to check out new maps early. Well if psn is down after the 6th of may I will be getting a ps3 controller that works for 360 or making my own mod perhaps.
