  • This isn't as effective as the new way. You have to rub the tick in a circular motion as if trying to make it dizzy and it literally falls out. This is more effective because just like he said, if you don't pinch every bit off the tick the head can still hurt the dog, and with this method the enitire tick falls right off. : )

  • @tapoe1800 that will make the tick pike up the blood back into the dog with the diseases the tick was carrying

  • Why don't you just pop with tick? use a couple of tissues of course. Or burn it :)

  • Click on my profile to get a FREE Dog Care Report can get more info on ticks

  • crap i tried to remove a tick from my dogs ear but the head is still in the ear!!!!!!!

  • would be nice to see the video without all that wording

  • my dog has a lot of ticks around the eyes and I'm afraid not to harm him by removing those things.Should I take him to the vet?or is there any medicine that could help him?please help me!

  • @woa11 wow are you serious? I HATE ticks! i don't see them on my dog though...

  • Just found one on my dog and i basicly did all the wrong things. Tried to burn it with a red hot pin and match, squeazed the body, etc.

Hope that bastard wasn't carrying deseases...

  • just use a vet this way you know your dog will be safe from you doing something rong and hurting it...

  • aahh!!

there are hundreds of ticks in my dog's feet ow do i remove them!!

they are all swollen up with blood!

    plz help!

    nothing is working!

  • @anirudhkrishnamani mine too!!!

  • @pinky8ann

try "freedom" spray it worked on mine.

  • Ticks are nasty. Seen dogs covered with them. Especially around the ears and in the ears. Sad sight.

  • @FolstrimHori

    he's fine now.

the doc recommended a spray called "freedom"

it worked well atleast he does'nt have as many ticks anymore.

    just 1 or 2

  • ah that's good to hear

  • my dog is filled with ticks.

i remove at least 100 everyday.

no matter what i do they keep coming.

even a flee collar ain't working.

  • i just use a match. light the match, let it burn for a sec, blow it out, keep blowing on it tell u get a lil ember going, tap the ember on the ticks butt and it will pull itself out head and all.

  • @tapo1800 no dude dont do that! when you burn ticks while theyre still feeding it causes them to expell the blood inside them into the wound when they fall off it can cause serious infections an the tick could have parasites in it already!! use a tick solution like another person said or grab them firmly to the skin with tweezers

  • @tapo1800 Congrats you just told everyone how NOT to remove one, idiot!

  • what breeds get ticks most? or is it like, more fur on the dog, more fleas/ticks? ty.

  • depends where you walk your dog thats all

  • lol the dog is like "ugh, another video..."

  • Yeah, and a real dog!!!

  • how would you know if the ticks head is in dog

  • you will see if it has its had or has not
