This hair is GORGEOUS!! I ordered this hair because of xohellokittypinklove review video. And I'm glad I did. I got the peruvian natural wavy hair, and it is gorgeous. I should have got my wefts sealed by them because it shedded a little when I washed it. Other than that I love it.

so, I received my money finally. After all of the confusion, I decided to not purchase anything from this company. Some of the comments about the hair texture being shaggy etc., also influenced my decision to not purchase any hair. At the end of the day, I really don't know what peruvian hair look or smell like to acctually tell if this company is selling the real thing. I decided to purchase some good quality indian hair from indique.com its very pricey but worth it.

As subbies we really enjoy u, at least I do but I'm sure it hurts some of them when the only time you comment is to say you're not being dishonest.

I don't know about them being "frauds" BUT I was lied to on two occasions about when my hair was shipped. My hair ACTUALLY shipped 10 days from a completed payment through paypal, who is probably one of the safest. I don't mind if it takes time to ship, or process or whatever, just don't LIE and tell me what you think I want to hear. I am waiting on the hair and I HOPE IT'S QUALITY PRODUCT. I recently purchased hair (18,20,22) and had problems with this. It was thin, the ends appeared frayed and had tons of grey strands. There really was no wave pattern in the 20in either. I tried to chat with a representative, BEFORE even touching it, all they told me was to co-wash the hair and "it will be just fine" this didn't happen!

It looked the same as it did prior to co-washing it. the difference between the 18 and 20 & 22 is dramatic and I believe once installed it will fray. I still have it in the box. I am dissatified with the hair and the service after.

The hair we sent Morgan was randomly selected from the batch of hairs that we have. We feel the batch that we have is great. Anything we don't approve of, we wouldn't send out. Being a stylist myself, me and my partner understand the importance of having great hair installed. Also, if you don't like a bundle you received, after you examine it, then you can send it back to have it replaced. That is if you feel its not good enough. We're sure you wont be disappointed. :)

I must say the people that have complained about shedding it is because they did not seal there wefts or they cut the wefts. the hair itself is beautiful though, i very rarely get shedding but then agian i sealed my wefts and did not cut them. My last install was actually Brazillian BodyWave by the Virgin Hair Fantasy and i got a terrible bundle i had to end up throwing out the hair after 1 month..such a waste of 400 dollars.
