Yes, you can print from any software package. However, professional graphics software tends to give you better results..... :)

Question, does it take organic tees and organic paints? How much does it cost?

I have printed on many an organic shirt, but I highly doubt it takes organic paint. It uses a special formulated textile dye, not ink or paint.
