how can you tell the difference on wich drum set is el or ql or wotever they are

the ql has 3 holes on the yellow and blue bad underneith....fairly large holes if its just 3 screw holes its EL but if its a hole you can fit your finger in its the other kind

How come every method for the EL sets require taking the drum head off? I don't trust myself doing that. I always feel like imma break it...

just dont worry about it pop it off nice and slow untill all 4 pop off then just watch out for the cord

dont worry just take it bit by bit and not to much force and oyu're good
The drum kit isnt broke.... just poorly made. I did the same thing to my drum kit only I used two pennys on each head, works great!!
