  • Hey, thanks for posting!! =]

  • Ok I usually love these videos, but I have to say that this one was painful to watch as someone with 14 years of dance experience. Here are my tips: in passe, the entire side of the foot needs to be flat against the standing leg because otherwise the foot is sickled. also, the high fifth arms shouldn't be so far back because that opens the rib cage which looks ugly and makes it harder to balance

  • @TheGymlovers1 Just out of curiosity, what is a sickled foot?

  • @TsubasaDreams It's a little hard to describe but it just means that (on the right foot) the big toe is pointing into your body more than your ankle, meaning your little toe would be in line with your shin. for a straight foot, the middle toes are in line with your shin, and for a winged foot, the big toe is in line with the shin. (all of this is referring to when you're pointing your foot. i hope this helped but it might be easier to look at pictures

  • @TheGymlovers1 gymnasts probably have other things to worry about lol. I completely agree with you, I have 11 years dance experience and I saw all those problems too. I think it's funny though, that they can do amazing flips through the air, but they sickle their ankles sometimes on a simple turn.
