His jump kick is very long (Balrog has little anti air capability) and he has flash kick where can defeat any jump attack (Vega likes to do jump attack and down attack)

@Longjahdasouljah Well the moves from Ken tht will cause damage no matter what (even if u block them) are the hadouken shoryuken and tht spinning move, but punches or kicks will not cause damage when blocked

Haha while I did not attempt perfect every round, I used to play on hardest difficulty using only one button (P for 1 round K for another). It wasn't hard using her medium punch/kick but it is quite challenging using light punch/kick, since her light attacks are not fast like Ryu's/Ken's.

Also, you can see he's using turbo key at 3:10, so that's a little cheap since turbo helps for throwing moves :D

IM kinda late but i just figured out why M. Bison is called Vega in all the guides last year.

M. Bison stands for Mike Bison which was Balrogs original name (a parody of Mike Tyson) but it was changed in the US version in fear of a lawsuit, so Vega was changed to M Bison, M bison was changed to balrog, and balrog was changed to vega....

But I couldnt imagine Vega with a brutish name like Balrog...
