no. madara got his eyes from training a lot just like his brother. then madara started going blind because he used it too much. so his brother gave him his eyes so he wouldn't go blind. also madara was born way before itachi and even before the leaf village was made, but for some reason he's still alive.

madara was given his brothers eyes by his brother, this gave him the strongest manegyu sharingan possible, because both him and his brother had them and the curse is every uchia needs spare eyes that is why they had to destroy the clan, something along those lines correct me if i am wrong and if this is a reply too late anyone reading it can enjoy it :)
