See The Embers perform in the Grand Atlantic Ballroom at Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort Labor Day Sunday, Sept. 4th. Call 800 ISLAND1 for tickets or room packages!
I grew up around Myrtle, and the best memories I have are the beach music played over the radio, while lying out on the sands...or collecting sea shells.
The embers still going strong today many years after starting in 1958,Plus so many bands have roots that take them back to Raleigh like North Tower,The Catalinas.,The Craig Woolard Band ,Sons of the beach and Teri Gore just to mention a few.Beach Music Forever!!!!
that one dislike could be me-i think i clicked the wronnnnnggggggg button, dang it..ain't nuttin' wrong with southern beach music, or this song ; )

Is this The Beach Developers? I told this local music store(instruments) I wanted to do a MTV video. She was
shocked, she was indignant. She was a snob. I said, well
what if I record Graham Parker doing "Hold Back The Night"?
