it's a 3 special episodes for Jerry, Vanness and Ken, Vic didn't make one cause he was shooting a new drama of his, it's an individual stories for each of them, it's so lightly connected to Meteor Garden, for instance the episode of Jerry shows what his bad temper would cost him, as for Ken he meet Xiao You again and she helps him know what his first love wanted to say to him and then he regrets losing her, and so on.
