20 bucks? Count me in. I am a console kind of guy (more likely because it's just easier to keep up with as this generation still has life). Happy to finally play this as my laptop is a piece of junk. After all, a good game is about the gameplay first and foremost.
Considering consoles don't have anti-aliasing capabilities, theres a huge load taken off the processing units so I would expect the graphics to be closer to the high settings with a 720p resolution. And like the trailer said, there are certain aspects of the game as far as effects and whatnot go that are being optimized for consoles so those effects will be roughly the same quality but take less power than the pc version thanks to shortcuts that developers have come across over the years
You know Crysis isn't as high and mighty as it used to be. It is starting to look old. And it really doesn't take great of hardware to run it. Hope the controls are better than Crysis 1 gamepad controls.

@OMGitsSCHNUCKUMS u may be right about that, but i highly doubt that you have extensive knowledge on computers, graphics cards, etc. to know for sure. but even if it would not run on max settings who would really want to spend the extra hundreds of dollars to get a pc that could? you probably wouldnt even notice the difference unless they were side by side. even to get a pc that would run it as well as the xbox you would still end up paying more for the pc.

Am i the only one that thinks this game was better than crysis 2? I don't care that much about the looks just about how the gameplay is, but having good graphics is bonus and to be honest this and crysis 2 are the best looking games i've ever seen.

PC Gaming of course is better, but you need a high capital and the games are cheap, for consoles you need a capital of around $200 but the games are more expensive. That's why I have both, a semi-decent PC to play MMOs and CS, and xbox for other games.

@J3l4n The game offers large sandboxes in which you can approach battles from the angle you want to. Want to simply cloak and snipe from a distance? You can do that. Want to play human bowling? You can do that. Want to kill snipers by punching the bottom of their watchtower and watching the tower fall over and crush some other soldiers that were next to it? You can do that. Want to see how far you can get through the game without harming anyone? I like it because it gives me options.
Loled. I was playing Crysis about 4 years ago so i don't care about this shit on xbox or ps3. When i want to play it again - i'm turning it maxed out on my Gtx 560 Ti - i can also turn it on shitty console which will only handly this game on the lowest settings on 720 p ;D See ya console players ;D

This mod contains shitload of changes to increase gameplay not graphic. F3 is now much more requiring game but satisfying as hell. Many mods eliminates hundreds of bugs in a games. BTW I really don't care what platform you use, i have gaming PC and xbox360 (only for a Red Dead Redemption...eventually GoW3).

Am i the only one that thinks this game was better than crysis 2? I was a little disappointed my crysis 2 because they didn't have the sense of freedom like they did in crysis 1, don't get me wrong i loved Both of them, 2 of my fav games, but crysis is just better in my opinion! Can't wait until October! it's been so long since i've played this game.

And If you couldn't guess by my comment I play on a console, my computer took a shit and died last year, so now im using my Macbook, So i don't get the sandbox thing. I love both games, but I thought Crysis 1 had more freedom my opinion, not yours.

I was actually expecting worse graphics than this! Anyone who says "Ha, still looks better on PC!" is an idiot. My PC could never run this and so I never got to play this awesome game. But now I can! And I don't care that the PC version can look better, this still looks amazing for a 360 game.

PC Gaming of course is better, but you need a high capital and the games are cheap, for consoles you need a capital of around $200 but the games are more expensive. That's why I have both, a semi-decent PC to play MMOs and CS, and xbox for other games.

@aakash2050 Consoles are cheaper, indeed, but console games aren't, for example, battlefield bad company 2 is 30€ (or dollars, i don't know) for console and 10€ for pc. So if you buy a lot of games, a pc ends up being cheaper...

Why PC players are so full with this game? Fun and stuff, but seriously it has nothing more to offer than RANDOMFPSNO118. It looks good, yes, but that's the last thing what should matter. But there is something PC players should be proud of. Independent developers. But yes, you don't need your powerhouses to play with their games so it's out of question of course... I turned away from the PC because it doesn't have games I like to play anymore. And indie games run on my shitty PC too ya know...

@J3l4n The game offers large sandboxes in which you can approach battles from the angle you want to. Want to simply cloak and snipe from a distance? You can do that. Want to play human bowling? You can do that. Want to kill snipers by punching the bottom of their watchtower and watching the tower fall over and crush some other soldiers that were next to it? You can do that. Want to see how far you can get through the game without harming anyone? I like it because it gives me options.

Loled. I was playing Crysis about 4 years ago so i don't care about this shit on xbox or ps3. When i want to play it again - i'm turning it maxed out on my Gtx 560 Ti - i can also turn it on shitty console which will only handly this game on the lowest settings on 720 p ;D See ya console players ;D
