This isn't a secret skill or a glitch it is a veryyyy easy skill if you are on xbox 360 you start your player doing kick-ups and then flick it up in the air, as the ball is in mid air you, hold forward and click in the left analog and then continuously click the right stick in. It may not work first time but if you keep trying it you will do it.
