@MarlenLife Yes Marlen, thank you to put it into words.I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to exist within fear meanwhile thinking that actually I do not fear by suppressing it by constant occupation within self-definitions through participating within thoughts, feelings, emotions instead of realizing the starting point of the fear and breath trough as the Physical as Self.
All must realize the self-accepted automated participation within fear and STOP to participate.
