@usptact why should it? if the truck tyre was dead centre in front of the vehicle then more chance to smash wind screen, but on a road you drive BEHIND and inline with the leading vehicle, the blown out tyre will move from the side of the truck, if following at a distance it could bounce into the windscreen, but 9 out of 10 go away from the side of the vehicle.
i work with trucks, not only will a blowout take you head off, it split a guys rib cage up the middle. not to be fucked with.. all he did was over pump it!!
when they did the shop test of the shooting tire frag.. they messed up the speed was accually double what the speedometer shown due the the fact only one wheel of the truck was turning..
brand new tires can also do that, not only retreads. I run wide tread tires on my drive axles and had a blowout once. so violent I thought it was my drive shaft that came off lolll !! it even crushed half my APU(generator)!!!
Call your Congressperson to have truck retreads outlawed. Corporations want to save a buck even if it means having people beheaded. Let get these banned once and for all.
