I think Condit would make a great fight,fast pace ,but DIAZ is the man! his striking is superior,carlos condit is a brawler ..what happens when Condit takes it to the ground? then what?? ,,but thats my opinion..
Is it just me, or does Nick seem to have opened up a lot more to doing media in the last week? Maybe the guy just really hates doing media while training. Because since he beat BJ Penn he has been all smiles infront of the camera and quite polite.
I'm not really a JDS or Velasquez nuthugger.. so i feel unbiased here. IMO.. I repeat.. IMO JDS should have a relatively easy time in this fight. Velasquez has good take downs but lacks the Lesnar style raw power to keep JDS down. JDS' game hasn't been completely exposed, but I see him clobbering his way to a 1st or early 2nd round TKO or choke. Yup I said it. JDS.. choke. Stuff a takedown and sit on a guillotine.. could happen.
@SacredTaylor.....ummmm i was actually there live watching that fight and Junior took him down twice in the 3rd....Carwin did not take him down...go rewatch
@SacredTaylor....actually you are right I appologize he had a quick takedown and junior got right back up then junior got the 2 takedowns so I completely forgot about them
@bobbyfitz It wasn't a very meaningful takedown by anymeans, Junior got up as quickly as he went down and it's easily forgotten in my opinion due to Juniors brilliant takedowns, mainly the last takedown with I think about fifteen seconds left, it had a large impact in my mind.

in the last 10 or 15 secs, JDS was the one that did a takedown on Carwin, Carwin didn't do any takedown or all of his takedown has been stop easily by JDS.
in this fight, i would said 50/50, Cain was unstoppable machine, he will not rest, he will not let you rest, he will keep om coming like a brand new car that is 100% full force.

Cain will dominate JDS if he can take JDS down, but i have never seen JDS has been taken down in the UFC once.
