Bengals are wild. That cat is not a Bengal. Ocicats can have striping like that - they just don't match what they "should" look like for cat show standards. Ocicats have no wild cat blood in them.
@atiensivu Well, they DO have some wild cat blood in them, as all cats are descended from wild cats. But they have no more wild cat blood than any other domestic cat.

ocicats have spots, bengals have rosettes (like this one)
