  • After all these years people are still attacking each other with hate on YouTube...

  • LIes! From 5 am to 11am on that november 11, Allied armies attacked a defeated enemy who had surrendered as we(the good guys) continued the offensive. More men were killed on the last day than on the Normandy invasion. In no way could Paul find a butterfly at Verdun on that last day. Why lie? Only one Why we fight and die. PROFIT for the banks, munitions makers, and war proffitears. Nothing else. Wars must look clean and honorable and someone has to pay for them. STOP THE PROFIT.

  • durrie

    muncher

  • love u all

  • The Australians fought like hell. As for coming to the aid of the British??

Never a question about that. No way we'd let them carry all that weight by themselves.

I am Canadian...my grandad was wounded at 2nd Ypres. My father flew Lancasters with the RCAF in WW2 (the HAMMER from above). Both those old boys came home.

November 11...let's think hard about ALL our soldiers who don't.

  • fucking gearmans salute on rembeance day like a nazi AAAASSSSHOOOOLLLEEEESSSSS!!!!!

  • ur a fucken they served their country and did their job just like our boys they have the right to honour thier mates as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • at the time they were not nazi

  • @loog123456 And you're a stupid fuck, obviously they can't do that now unless they want to pay 500 bucks or be thrown in jail for 3 years just for showing the flag in public.

  • @Eshayzbra96 You german lover jew scum bag!

  • @loog123456 You kike....

  • That was very touching Ozstickman, near brought a tear to my eye.

  • I heard so much about this day, and the spanish flu deadliest wave was in full swing.

God rest all their souls, the war and flu victims.

  • Both of my grandfathers fought in WW1 and came home....how many didn't....this should never be forgotten

  • se recuerdan las almas, pero que objeto tiene recordar una masacre innecesaria en galipoli, ahi fue la sepultura de miles de almas, porque? por la estupidez de los generales y estrategas de ese tiempo, una masacre.

  • Not really a job... like making wages to pay bills. They were doing a duty to mankind! My hat is off to all who served in any war defending freedom.

    Cheers Oz,

    RT

  • Hey Oz, How are ya, My dad was born in 1916, and served in WW2, The British took alot in both world wars, but with the help of our allies such as the Aussie's an Kiwi's, we all got there, all wars should stop! The true people know what you guys did and went through, its not just our own we remember, but all you guys and other nations aswell!! All the best mate, Gaz UK!

  • I remember every sole lost. All the soldiers were doing there job, doesn't matter if they were allies or not. Every one was just doing there job. Yes I do think about the other guys who were not on our side, they thought they were doing the right thing too. They also sacrificed a lot too.

One day I will put together a video of a chat i had with an old bloke here in town that served in WWII. I just can't quite edit it right yet. He sums it up well.

  • @ozstickman so dramatic LOVE YOU ALL <3

  • Lest We Forget

  • 658,700 Bristish army peronal were killed in World War One. Check before commenting. About taking the weight, who came to assist? Aussies, Kiwis etc. I was not disrespecting the British either! This is how we remember OUR Australian soldiers, you do what ever you like in your country.

Remembering OUR Australian soldiers fighting a war 17000 kilometers away on some one elses land!

  • @ccclllsport i agree with u british are hot

  • i actually got a bit teary at the end of that..

  • Excellent tribute..^5* and saved:)

    Alan.

  • What can I say. A great video. My great great uncle was one of the australian forces to die at Gallipoli. It seems however that our goverment has forgotten the price paid and the atrocities of war and are all too quick to involve us in any conflict any where in the world. Sure there are some terrible things going on in the world BUT are we police men for the world makeing sure that everyone abides by OUR rules. Men and women are still DIEING in wars, isn't it time for that to STOP.

  • Cool vid! great reminder.

  • Excellent tribute mate.

  • Nicely done.

In remembering, we can hopefully avoid making the same mistakes again.

One gets the idea that Commonwealth soldiers were sometimes seen as expendable cannon fodder. In BOTH world wars.

One admires their loyalty and bravery, but must question the wisdom of travelling thousands of miles to fight a foreign war.

And now your American "allies" seem to take it for granted that you'll be thrilled to do it all again.

  • Wonderful. Thank you for the reminder. XXX

  • Well done mate.

They did us bloody proud and deserve the respect.

  • I wish I could give you more than five stars for this heart felt, deep video.

  • do what I do, come back tomorrow and rate again :-)

  • Great idea. I'm doing that now!

  • Poppie badges can be bought from ya local RSL if you dont see them in the shopping centers selling them.

I'll be getting one to add to the ones I have in my hat.
