I was disappointed with Goodlife a month ago.Turns out that the Barrie Goodlife Fitness club does still care about their customers! I am delighted to say that the General Manager of the Barrie Goodlife gym, went above and beyond standard practice and cared enought to refund my personnal trainning sessions due to a medical concern. This company is not too big to care, thank you to the GM at the Barrie Goodlife who has restored my faith in Goodlife as a loyal customer of over a decade. Thank you.
From our conversations with the club's GM, we understand that you were in contact with him and had a scheduled follow-up call for today to resolve the matter. The GM is fully aware of the situation and looks forward to a further discussion as originally scheduled.
