For sure this is not Kerala.In Kerala wind power is produced from 3 stations 1.Ramakkalmedu(Idukki Dist.).2.Attappadi(Palakkad Dist.) and 3.Kanjikode(Palakkad Dist.).
This station as shown in the video is none of these 3 stations.
