Ken is just ridiculous, all he need to do is whiffed low forward super anyway, high low roundhouse which both has the same long reach and fast speed, bullshit quick and perfect distance dash in low short short or standing strong fierce that both link to super with ease and if blocked dash in and repeat, and don't forget the free jump in ex-spin kick that can lead to dp x 2

Yes, Matsuken was turtling a bit, but the fact is, he adjusted his strategy and broke YSB. I'd call that skill and planning. YSB wasn't able to adjust his usual hyper-aggressive play or up his defenses, so he got frustrated into losing the match. He's good, but he's more about fast reflexes than strategy.
