LOL - it's like Gaga herself said - the only similarity in these two songs is the chord progression, which is common historically in disco music. Madonna even performed Express Yourself as a Disco song back in the day....because of that chord progression. When I first heard Born This Way, I in no way thought of "Express Yourself." Really, the haters were WAITING to pounce on the song for any reason they could, and this just happened to be it.

First of all - Amazing Job. I can tell you took care into making this. I'd like to make a suggestion though. Do another mash up of these songs but next time have on verse sang from one then a verse from the other that way there it isn't hard to pick one over the other. Most of this song was Born this Way with Madonna simply in the background. The beats mashed together perfectly and I bet swaping verse could work.

Gaga disappointed me with "born this way". She had seemed to be such an original artist. Watching madonna live, and then watching gaga live, i don't see any comparison. Madonna is Queen. Try watching vogue from sticky and sweet and compare it to any of gagas performances...it's just kind of sad. Hoping gaga improves, and seeks to be more original, rather than just with her costumes.

i liked it until the middle...it kinda clashes a bit. but this is the best mashup of the two i've heard :) and for the person who said madonna was back in the 90s...somebody was living under a rock! hung up went to #1 in SO many countries and is actually madonna's most successful single. 4 minutes also went to #1 in a shit load of counties too and #3 in the US making her the artist with the most top 10 singles. and that was in 2008. can't wait for her to surprise us again!

It is a "Big Deal" Madonna made a piece of art, the same as Picasso, Led Zepplin or any one else who creates art (they ARE referred to as music artists). Gaga riped this song off, as far as dancing or singing along it doesn't matter a song is a song and if you like the song then enjoy it. But to say the theft of a piece of art is unimportant is complete BS. If you put your time, your effort, and even a small piece of yourself into that art then no one has the right to steal it.
