  • This is prob. the best video i've seen on he subject. Two things were confirmed for me here. First the hottest heat you can muster is essential and secondly you dont need soy sauce. Thanks for posting!

  • @strummingnerd so since this is the only guy who didn't use soy sauce, that means that the authentic recipe doesn't use soy sauce???

  • @soundbeans im chinese and i believe its supposed to add some soy sauce to just kinda make the rice look nicely golden and the soy sauce does give a little bit of a flavor that makes the friedrice smell good
