hey, just a quick note, noting to the same comment below me, with the single tap, you should be swinging your arms from your hips straight to the top instead of throwing the arms like a punching motion, this will allow you to keep your arm line in a straight angle.
Hi Suley... During the repeaters Pull yur arms in so your hands go to your hips, not your thighs... bend the elbows in yout pull backs. Most of your form is excellent. Your arm lines in your single taps are Very very Good... Good to see someone getting it right on YouTube.
Why so particular on arm form? Is this a competition?
